DELIVERY TIME:

- All orders are shipped chronologically
- Delivery time is up to 14 business days
- Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs vary and depend on different factors for every customer.
Within Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country. CSTVS does not withhold duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in case such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.
RETURNS
You can cancel and return orders from Germany, Austria or the Netherlands within 14 days after receipt. Simply write an email to support@cstvs.cc.
CSTVS does not cover the cost of returns.
